At Oasis Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the unopened perfume in its original luxury box and shipping carton to ensure the glass bottle remains protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
